Xhris ("Xhris", "the App", "the Platform") is an AI-powered accountability coaching product developed and operated by Algorithm Institute™ ("we", "us", "our"), a trademark of Algorithm Innovations LLC. Algorithm Institute™ is a creative technology studio building tools that help people achieve meaningful goals through intelligent accountability systems.
By accessing or using Xhris — whether via our web application, mobile application, or API — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You may use Xhris if:
If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Platform.
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it current.
Notify us immediately at legal@algorithminnovation.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses from unauthorised use if you fail to notify us promptly.
Xhris provides: AI-powered accountability coaching, goal tracking, partner accountability features, progress analytics, notifications and reminders, and community goal sharing. The AI content is generated by third-party large language models (currently Groq/Llama) and is for motivational and coaching purposes only.
Nothing on Xhris constitutes professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Xhris is a motivational tool. Consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
The partner feature allows you to designate another Xhris user or non-user (by email) as your accountability partner. By adding a partner:

When you share a goal publicly via the share feature, you grant Algorithm Institute™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform and in promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Xhris offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free plan.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and features are described at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days' notice.
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Contact legal@algorithminnovation.com for billing queries.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Algorithm Institute™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algorithm Institute™ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except where prohibited by law.
